2/0 Gauge (American Wire Gauge) Battery Cable is designed for higher amperage applications with a maximum voltage rating of 60 volts DC. 2/0 battery cable can comfortably handle 200 amps at a cable length of 15 feet. The outside diameter of the cable is approximately 0.605 inches. When using battery cable in low voltage electrical systems such as 12 volts, the total length of both the positive and negative cables have to be considered when determining amperage capacity for your electrical system. Made from 133 strands of 20 gauge 99.9% pure copper and covered in a rugged PVC insulation available in red or black.  Rated for low voltage and battery use up to 60 volts DC and 25 Volts AC.  The internal copper stranded core is highly conductive maximizing current flow while still being highly flexible. Meets SAE J1127 specifications. Temperature rated from -50°C to 105°C (-58°F to 221°F). Made in the USA. RoHS Compliant. The ends of the cable are often terminated with a Battery Terminal or Copper Cable Lug.
